I will start with mine. Okini (Harrisburg) is hands down one of my top favorites. I love the small bit of crunch in their spicy rolls and the special menu is to die for... the Crazy friday is very different but as far as "comfort rolls" are concerned it is one of my favorites.

Fuji Do (Harrisburg) is a second with their spicy fish bowl and hand rolls. Best hand rolls in the area.

Zen Mitsuru (York)which is only a block from my place is also up there when it comes to good sushi.. their spicy rolls have more of a bite without all the mayo.

All in the Lancaster area:

Tokyo Diner
Ginmaya
Wasabi
Blue Pacific
Ichiban

These are all a reasonable distance from me. Ginmaya is more or less "across the street" at Manor Shopping Center where the Regal Cinemas is.

Ginmiya in York, hands down. The quality is equal to what I had in Japan, and the three roll lunch special for $10 is hard to beat. I'm found there many Saturday afternoons (look for the bald guy in a kilt)

Toyko Diner has good quality sushi but sometime in the past year, they started slicing the fish much thinner, about half as thick as sushi is normally cut. The ratio of rice to fish is now off... and so it's disappointing. And the prices are the same, so it's as if the price of the sushi has doubled... But the quality of sushi is good. Not great, as I experienced in Los Angeles... but good. Judi Rettich.
