Introduction
I just love Sushi any kind of Sushi.
Traditional or nouveau?
Each has it's place.
Sushi or sashimi?
Sashimi.....The rice takes up too much space that could otherwise be taken up by more fresh yummy fish.
When and where did you first try sushi?
One time after tuna fishing off Montauk point we were cleaning the tuna we had just caught. I couldn't help myself. A croud gathered watching us cut, clean, and eat. We sliced up the heart and I ate it to the gasps and guffaws of the gathering. :)
