The Albany Sushi Club is officially 2 years old and we have reached 300 members. We've gotten off to a great start and have mixed it up quite a bit, even going off sushi for ethnic delights. We've done Make Your Own Sushi classes and have welcomed brand new sushi restaurants with member attendance.

Recommendations, comments, criticisms are always welcome. Remember, this is not ALL about Sushi, it's about YOU, meeting new and old friends and having fun.

Revisit the Spa City in November as we once again indulge ourselves to the delights offered by Mino's Sushi House on Maple Street. We have decided upon a multi-course Japanese meal. I spoke with Mino, and he said that most of the meal (70%) will consist of special rolls (Nigiri). Expect a traditional Japanese entree, but not too traditional. Read more
